Infiltration, poor drainage, mould, foundation or roof problems make up the majority of cases submitted to the courts. <\/p>       \r\n\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-956623b elementor-widget elementor-widget-themeht-heading\" data-id=\"956623b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"themeht-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n        <div class=\"\">\r\n\r\n          <p class=\" text-white\">An examination of court decisions shows that three categories of defects alone account for more than half of the recognized disputes, with success rates varying according to the nature of the defect.
