However, this growth has been accompanied by a massive shift towards the   <\/span><b>rental housing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which now accounts for <\/span><b>81% of new units<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. These projects, often large-scale, involve multiple parties and complex contracts, which increases the risk of legal conflicts.
